Questions people ask about QuickQ

Client downloadAccount accessDevicesTroubleshooting
Where can I get the QuickQ client?

The QuickQ client comes from the official download page. Choose the system that matches your device (Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android) and the page takes you to the matching distribution link. Use only the entries on quickq-quickq-app.com.cn so you avoid installers from unknown third parties.

What should I do after installation?

Open the client and sign in with the account you registered. The home screen then lists available routes; choose one and press connect, and the status turns to connected. If this is your first run, confirm each stage against the step-by-step tutorial.

How do I continue on a new device?

Install the client on the new device and sign in with the account you already have. There is no need to register or pay again. How many devices can be online at once depends on your current plan, as listed on the plans page.

What if the app stays on connecting?

Disconnect first and confirm the device can reach the internet normally, then try another route. If it still sits on connecting, quit and restart the QuickQ client. If the problem continues, check whether a system proxy or security tool is intercepting the client's network requests.

What can I do about changing speeds?

Pause bandwidth-heavy work such as downloads or streaming, then move to a lighter route. Also check that no other VPN or proxy tool is running, since these can clash with QuickQ's routes. Testing at several times of day usually reveals whether the cause is route congestion or local bandwidth.

How can I keep my account secure?

Give your QuickQ account a unique, hard-to-guess password that you never reuse elsewhere. Never share login codes or account details, and take the client only from trusted entries such as quickq-quickq-app.com.cn rather than unknown or cracked installers.

Where can I check my subscription?

Once signed in, the account section shows your current billing period, expiry date, and status. You can also check through the purchase entry on the official plans page. After a renewal, signing in again restores access.

Which systems and devices does QuickQ support?

The QuickQ client covers 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11, macOS 11 or later, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 or later, Android 8.0 or later, and Linux desktops on Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Before installing, confirm the device has at least 2 GB of RAM and around 200 MB of free space; for Linux, check the builds the download page currently offers.

Is there a free version of QuickQ? How much does it cost?

The official plans page offers three paid periods: 1 month at CNY 49, 12 months at CNY 299, and 24 months at CNY 499, each covering supported devices and online help. There is no permanently free version, so a 1-month period is a sensible way to try the service first. Prices and benefits follow what the plans page shows.

Does QuickQ keep logs of my browsing activity?

Under the official privacy policy, QuickQ handles account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic information to create accounts, confirm subscriptions, keep the service running, and answer requests. These support identity checks, service delivery, security, stability improvements, and legal duties. Personal information is not sold, and access controls, transport protection, and internal audits reduce risk. The privacy policy page has the full rules.

How many devices can use one QuickQ account?

Every plan states that supported devices are covered, so one account can install the client and sign in on several devices. How many can be online at the same time follows the terms of your current plan. Changing or adding a device only means installing the client there and signing in with the same account, with no new registration or purchase.

QuickQ is connected but the speed is slow. What should I do?

Pause bandwidth-heavy tasks such as downloads or streaming, then switch to a less loaded route. Also make sure no other proxy or acceleration tool is running, as it can conflict with QuickQ routes. Testing at different times shows whether the cause is route congestion or local bandwidth. If only one app is slow, check that app's own network settings and cache.

How can I be sure I downloaded the official QuickQ client?

Enter the download page only through the official QuickQ site, and confirm the domain before installing. Avoid installers from third-party sites or so-called cracked versions. If the system calls the source untrusted, verify it really came from the official entry before allowing it in system settings. If something still looks wrong, follow the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ.

Still unsure? Work through the QuickQ tutorials in order first. If the client stays on connecting after the steps above, send us your client version and system details through the official support channel and we will help you narrow it down.
